First Royal is proud to be a part of its community which it engaged on daily basis and believes it is very much part of its community’s journey. It has taken leadership in many Sponsorship events whether it is in Sports, Culture or Event Celebration around Australia.
First Royal’s community engagement has started back in 2015, where it sponsored their first ever event being the 15 th Equatoria day and Christmas Celebrations being the major sponsor. We repeated the same sponsorship in 2016-2017 too. To date, First Royal is a big force in the voice and upliftment of various events and fundraisers undertaken by South Sudanese community.
First Royal was the main sponsor and a speaker at FECCA (Federation of Equatorian Communities Association of Australia) at their 2nd annual Conference at Launceston, Tasmania in 2017.
First Royal engaged with local youth Police Services and Ambulance Services to participate in their annual subscription of drug aware program in 2017
First Royal engaged with the local Cricket Club “Berwick Strikers”. First Royal has been their major sponsor since 2014 to date which saw the club being the runners up at Saturday division 2 Cricket Competition in 2018/19 season.
Sri Lankan New Year festival forms a major part in Sri Lankan calendar with Sinhalese and Tamil ethnicities celebrating the auspicious dawn of New Year in April, every year. Melbourne is home for many Sri Lankans living overseas and it has been the biggest show case in the world away from Sri Lanka. First Royal has been a major sponsor in celebrating this great event year on year since 2015, with its community.
First Royal participated in Rugby 7’s organised by Old Boys Association of Kingswood College, In Kandy Sri Lanka, by its Melbourne team In 2017.
First Royal was the main sponsor at the dinner dance organised by the old boys Association of St Thomas’s College, Sydney branch held in Hornsby Sydney in 2018.
